My name is Meredith Beatty. I am a passionate student of God’s Word. I launched Women Studying the Word to be a place where women can be equipped to study the Bible on their own and in community with others. I want to convince you that not only can you do this, but you must do this for your own spiritual health and the spiritual health of your family and community. Let us not be tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine, but rather grow up in every way into Christ. (Eph. 4:14-15)

Here you will find my podcast, Women Studying the Word, which teaches basic principles of Bible study as we study the Word together. You can also read my blog where I share more personally about what God is teaching me through my own reading and study. I will also keep the resource page regularly updated with trusted resources for study.

What else about me? I am a wife, mother and avid runner. My reading list contains a lot of theology and a good dose of the Puritans. I also teach Bible study at my local church where I love seeing women’s eyes opened to the truths of the Bible.
